Shipping Policy

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that we have begun processing your order. Processing typically takes 1–2 working days (Monday – Friday).

After processing, your order will be dispatched and you will receive an email with your tracking details. Shipping time is around 3–6 working days (Monday – Friday).

We are pleased to offer free delivery on all orders.

If the maximum time for order processing and shipping has passed and your order still has not arrived, please don't panic. Allow up to 2 extra business days (Monday – Friday) and don't forget to use your tracking code.

If your package still has not arrived, please contact us quoting your order number. We kindly ask you to allow an additional 3 working days (Monday – Friday) before reaching out.

If your order has not arrived by then, please contact us at hello@own-maison.com and we will investigate the issue.

If you need to cancel your order, you can do so by contacting us at hello@own-maison.com. Please ensure you contact us as soon as possible, as we will not be able to cancel your order once it has been processed.

In the rare event that you receive damaged or incorrect items, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. Please take photos of the issue and send them to us at hello@own-maison.com. We will promptly review your case and ensure you receive the correct, undamaged item.
